Forklift AI wireless monitoring system
The installation that needs no installation. Battery-powered magnetic cameras and a quad-view AI monitor, with nothing drilled and nothing routed through the mast. Built-in AI handles pallet detection, laser fork positioning with intelligent lighting, and pedestrian and vehicle detection — for high-rack stacking without a spotter.

Place the pallet without a spotter
Top-beam stacking is done blind. The operator cannot see the fork tips at nine metres, the pallet slots are a guess, and a missed entry damages both the load and the rack. This system puts the fork tips on the screen and draws the alignment lines for the operator.
Built-in AI detects the pallet and provides visual alignment guidance: during fork movement, preset reference and calibration lines help line the forks up with the slots, so the placement is made once rather than adjusted three times. Laser positioning with intelligent lighting follows the fork movement, and the same AI detects pedestrians and vehicles around the truck.
Nothing is drilled and nothing is routed through the mast. The cameras are compact, magnetically mounted and wirelessly powered, so a camera can be repositioned or moved to another truck in minutes — which is what makes this specification practical for rental fleets and for trucks that only occasionally handle high-rack work.
Transmission uses FHSS to hold a stable picture across a large building: up to 120 m from the fork camera and up to 300 m from other wireless cameras in open areas. The monitor records all four channels on a loop, records on alarm, and plays back locally from a Micro SD card of up to 128 GB, with supercapacitor power-loss protection so footage survives an unexpected power cut.
The monitor is rated IP66 and the camera IP69K with 5.9 G vibration resistance to ISO 16750-3:2012, so the kit works outdoors, in the yard and through washdown, not only in a clean aisle.

Request a quote
Tell us the mast height and the number of trucks and we come back with the camera count and lead time.
Supplied equipment
Check the delivery against this list on arrival. The kit below is the standard two-camera configuration; camera count and the 4G option are set per truck at quotation.

4G + GPS
Connects the monitor to the online platform for live remote viewing and event upload.
Additional cameras
Up to four wireless cameras run on one monitor — add a fork camera with laser positioning, or cover a third side.
Spare batteries
A second battery per camera keeps a multi-shift truck running without waiting on a charge.
Confirm the camera count with us
Two cameras cover fork and rear. Tell us the mast height and where people cross and we set the count per truck.
