It does not just warn — it intervenes
Built for warehouses where forklifts and people share the same floor. AI cameras watch continuously around the truck. When a person enters the detection field, the system responds in three escalating levels.
The detection engine is trained on forklift working conditions rather than road traffic — 98% dynamic recognition accuracy with a 0.03-second response, and people recognised squatting, sitting, standing, walking, running or partly hidden behind a pallet, which is where generic systems fail.
Speed is managed as well as distance. A wireless wheel sensor feeds real-time travel speed to the display, triggers an overspeed alarm and outputs a throttle control signal, so a truck can be held to a site speed limit as well as stopped in front of a person.
The same host runs driver-behaviour monitoring. Smoking, phone use, fatigue and distraction are recognised, announced to the driver by voice, recorded as an event with a photo, and uploaded to the management platform — prevention at the machine and evidence at the desk.
Zone distances are set on site through the device menu or the mobile calibration app, so the system tunes to a narrow-aisle operation or an open yard without changing hardware.
