Cameras and AI continuously scan the forklift's blind spots and path of travel for pedestrians.

Warn
The operator gets an immediate in-cab visual and audible alert the moment a person is detected nearby.

Slow Down
Where fitted, the system automatically reduces travel speed, then applies the brake if the person is still in the danger zone.

Do AI safety cameras actually reduce accidents?
Yes. Systems using AI pedestrian detection with in-cab warnings and active speed control have been shown to reduce forklift-related accidents by up to 80% in warehouse and yard environments.
Can this be fitted to our existing forklifts?
Yes, the system is designed as an easy retrofit and works across all major forklift brands, regardless of age or model.
Does the system slow the forklift down automatically?
Active speed reduction is optional. Some customers prefer detection and in-cab warning only, leaving the operator in control; others add automatic speed reduction in higher-risk zones.
How long does installation take?
Installation is typically completed within a few hours per forklift at your site or our Dubai workshop, with no structural modification required.
Will the active speed-reduction feature work with my forklift?
It depends on your forklift's pedal configuration. Active speed-reduction requires the forklift's original pedal setup, and retrofitted diesel forklifts with electronic pedals may not be compatible. Techlift confirms compatibility before every sale, and detection with in-cab warning can typically be fitted regardless.
